Most studios make you sit through a sales call just for a number. We publish ours: three flat fees for what a small-business site actually needs, and a clear $250/hr rate for anything beyond. Whatever you're quoted is what you pay.

For the sites we design and build: ongoing updates, security monitoring, and small content edits, on a fixed schedule. Someone stays accountable for it, instead of it becoming your problem six months from now. Cancel anytime.
Questions
Most small-business sites fit one of the two redesign packages. When a project doesn't (e-commerce, a custom feature, an integration with another system), we'd rather bill it honestly at $250/hr with a written estimate than force it into a flat price that doesn't match the real work.
No. The $125 Audit fee is credited in full toward either redesign package if you move forward within 30 days. It only costs extra if you stop after the audit.
We'll tell you during the Audit or a quick discovery call, and quote the extra scope at the $250/hr rate, in writing, before we start.
The flat-fee packages are paid by card at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. For custom-scoped hourly work, it's a 50% deposit to begin and the balance due on delivery. We accept credit cards, Zelle, and CashApp.
