Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, and whatever else you choose to share: phone number, business name, current website, package interest, budget range, and your message. If you sign up for the blog newsletter, we collect your email address. We don't collect anything beyond what you enter.

2. How we use it

Contact form details are used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and deliver the engagement you approve. A newsletter signup is used solely to send the blog newsletter, at most once a month. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

3. Where it's stored

Contact submissions and newsletter signups are stored in our Supabase database, access-restricted to the studio. Newsletter emails are also held in our email provider (Resend) so we can send the newsletter itself. We keep records for as long as needed to support an active or past engagement, or for as long as you stay subscribed, and delete on request.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site itself does not run ad trackers or third-party analytics. It does use a small amount of browser local storage, and a small number of first-party cookies, for these specific purposes:

• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. It never leaves your device.
• This cookie notice. Dismissing the banner at the bottom of the page is remembered the same way, so it doesn't reappear on every visit.
• Checkout. When you pay for a package, Stripe (our payment processor) sets its own cookies during the checkout flow, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Scheduling. The booking widget on our Schedule page is provided by CommonStack and may set its own cookies while it's loaded, governed by CommonStack's own policy.

None of the above is used to track you across other websites or sold to advertisers.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Contact us for anything else and we'll handle it directly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
