Terms of Service
Last updated September 15, 2026
1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone who engages Good Faith Web (a studio operated by CreekBank Tech) for a Website Audit, a Standard Redesign package, Custom Consulting & Development, or the Care Plan retainer. Approving a proposal, paying a deposit, or subscribing to the Care Plan means you agree to these terms.
2. How pricing works
The Website Audit ($125), Standard Redesign (Base) ($500), and Standard Redesign (Recommended) ($750) are flat, one-time fees for the scope described on our Pricing page. They do not change based on hours actually worked. Custom Consulting & Development is billed at $250/hr in 30-minute increments, against a written estimate provided before work starts. If a project's scope grows beyond what was estimated, we'll tell you and get written approval before continuing. We don't bill past an approved estimate without asking first.
3. Deposits, payment, and refunds
The Website Audit, Standard Redesign packages, à la carte Custom Consulting hours, and the Care Plan are paid in full by card at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The Website Audit fee is credited in full toward a Standard Redesign package if you approve that work within 30 days of receiving the Audit report; contact us for the adjusted invoice. Larger custom-scoped engagements outside the packages above may instead be invoiced directly with a 50% deposit (paid by card, Zelle, or CashApp) and the balance due on delivery; deposits for work not yet started are refundable on request, and once build work has begun, deposits cover work already performed.
4. Care Plan
The Care Plan ($49.99/mo) is a month-to-month subscription for ongoing updates, security monitoring, and minor content edits. It is optional, never required to purchase a redesign, and cancellable at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
5. What we need from you
Timely delivery depends on you providing requested content, credentials, and feedback. Delays on your end may shift the delivery timeline; they don't change the agreed price for flat-fee work.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the site we build for you: code, content, and design assets created specifically for your project. We may retain and reuse general-purpose components, patterns, and our own tooling across projects.
7. Limitation of liability
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA and current security practice at time of delivery, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, rankings, sales). Our total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio's offers evolve. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above; terms in effect at the time you approved a proposal govern that engagement.
